How seller badges work
A badge on a seller's profile or listing is earned from what that seller has actually done on AccsMarkets: deals completed, money sold, what buyers said and how quickly messages are answered. Nobody can buy one. They help you compare sellers; they do not replace your own checks, and every deal still goes through escrow.
How badges are awarded and kept
- Automatic. The system works badges out from real data and adds them when a seller reaches the requirement. Sellers see the same numbers and how close they are on their own Achievements page.
- Milestone badges stay. Deal and sales-volume badges are kept once earned; a bad month, a lower rating or a restriction does not take them away. They exist only while the completed deals they were counted from exist, so if those records were ever removed the badge goes with them.
- Reputation badges can be lost. 5-Star Seller, Fast Responder and Trusted Seller are checked again regularly and are removed if the numbers stop meeting the requirement.
- Some badges can also be granted by our team. Our automatic checks never remove a badge that our team granted.

Counted from the deals you have completed as a seller.
Rising Star
Has completed 5 deals as a seller.
Requirement: Complete 5 deals as a seller.
Stays once earned.
Power Seller
Has completed 25 deals as a seller.
Requirement: Complete 25 deals as a seller.
Stays once earned.
Top Seller
Has completed 100 deals as a seller.
Requirement: Complete 100 deals as a seller.
Stays once earned.
Legend
Has completed 500 deals as a seller.
Requirement: Complete 500 deals as a seller.
Stays once earned.
Sales volume
Counted from the sale prices of your completed deals.
Big Earner
Has sold $1,000 or more through completed deals.
Requirement: Reach $1,000 in total sale prices across your completed deals.
Stays once earned.
Whale
Has sold $10,000 or more through completed deals.
Requirement: Reach $10,000 in total sale prices across your completed deals.
Stays once earned.
Reputation
Based on how buyers rate you, how fast you reply and how clean your record is.
5-Star Seller
Buyers rate this seller 4.8 or higher on average.
Requirement: An average rating of 4.8 or higher from at least 10 buyer reviews.
Can be removed if the numbers drop. Our team can also grant it.
Fast Responder
Usually replies to messages within 60 minutes.
Requirement: A median reply time of 60 minutes or less, measured on at least 10 replies from the last 90 days.
Can be removed if the numbers drop. Our team can also grant it.
Trusted Seller
A clean record over many deals, with a verified identity.
Requirement: At least 10 deals completed, 95% or more of your finished deals completed without a lost dispute, no dispute lost in the last 180 days, a verified identity, and an account in good standing.

Good to know
- Only deals that finished as completed count, and only for the person who sold. Sale prices are counted in US dollars.
- A figure that cannot be measured yet, such as a reply time with too few replies, is treated as not enough data, never as a good or bad result.
- A new seller starts with no badges. The first one comes with the first completed sale.
