Why are my stock items awaiting approval?

New stock items are reviewed by staff before buyers can buy them. An item shows as Awaiting approval until then, and it only counts as in stock once approved. A group with no approved items shows no stock to buyers.

If you change an approved item, for example its facts, it goes back for approval. Make your edits together, so items spend less time out of sale. You can follow each item's status on the Stock page.
