How do crypto deposits work?
Deposits & WithdrawalsLast reviewed Oct 8, 2026
The automatic crypto method is paid in USDT. When you choose it, you get a payment page for the amount you typed, with the network you pick (TRC20, BEP20, ERC20, Polygon or Solana).
- Send the exact amount shown, on the network shown, from your own wallet or exchange.
- Your wallet is credited after the payment provider confirms the payment on the network. Confirmation depends on the network and its traffic, so there is no fixed time.
- If you send less than the amount, you are credited in proportion to what arrived. You can top up the difference and the rest is credited when it arrives.
- A payment on the wrong network or in a different coin can't be matched to your deposit. Contact support with the transaction hash.
If the provider later refunds a payment, your wallet is not debited automatically and staff are alerted to review it.
