How do I verify my identity?

Open Settings, then Verification. There are two steps.
Step 1: confirm your email. We send a 6-digit code to your email address. Type it in within 10 minutes.
Step 2: upload three photos.
- The front of your ID document.
- The back of your ID document.
- A selfie of you holding the ID.
All three are required, including for a passport. Use JPG, PNG or WEBP files up to 10 MB, in good light, with every corner of the document in view and the text readable.
Your photos are stored privately. A request then waits for review, and the Verification page shows where it stands: under review, then Verified, or rejected with a reason. You can have one request open at a time, up to 5 uploads an hour and 3 submissions a day.
