What is the difference between available and reserved balance?
Deposits & WithdrawalsLast reviewed Oct 8, 2026
Your wallet shows two numbers.
- Available balance is money you can spend or withdraw.
- Reserved is the total of your active escrow deals. When you pay for a deal, the amount leaves your available balance straight away and is held in escrow until the deal finishes.
If a deal is cancelled before delivery, the full amount comes back to your available balance. Your transaction history lists your recent movements; "Platform Fee" rows describe a fee that has been charged but do not move your balance a second time.
Money in a pending withdrawal request is also set aside, so you can't spend it while the request is waiting.
