What do the paid plans include?
Fees & PlansLast reviewed Oct 8, 2026
Plans change two things for a seller: how many listings you can have at once, and the escrow fee buyers pay on your deals. These are the current plans:
- FREE (free): up to 20 active listings, buyer escrow fee 5% (minimum $4).
- STARTER ($6 a month): up to 50 active listings, buyer escrow fee 4% (minimum $3).
- PRO ($15 a month): up to 200 active listings, buyer escrow fee 3% (minimum $2).
- ENTERPRISE ($30 a month): up to 999 active listings, buyer escrow fee 2% (minimum $1).
Listings that count towards the limit are your drafts, pending, active and paused listings. Buyers pay the fee, so a plan with a lower rate makes your listings a little cheaper for them.
You can pay for a plan from your wallet or with USDT. Choose the plan on the Pricing page.
