Do plans renew automatically? How do I cancel?

No. A plan is prepaid for 30 days and does not renew by itself, so you are never charged without doing it yourself.
- Renewing the same plan adds another 30 days to what you already have.
- Switching to a different plan starts a new 30 days straight away, with no credit for the unused time of the old plan.
- Cancelling marks your plan to end. You keep it until it expires, and then your account moves to the free plan.
- We send a reminder 3 days before your plan expires.
