Can I cancel a withdrawal?

Yes, until it is Approved. Open the request on your Wallet page and cancel it; the money you had set aside is available again.
Once a request is approved or being sent, it can't be cancelled, because the payout is already in motion. If you made a mistake in the address, open a support ticket right away in the Payments category with the withdrawal details.
