What do the withdrawal statuses mean?

Every withdrawal moves through these steps. The money stays in your wallet, set aside so you can't spend it, until the payout is complete.

• Under review: we received your request and are checking it.
• Pending approval: it waits for an approver.
• We need information from you: staff asked you a question. Answer it on the request (5 to 1000 characters) so it can move on.
• Approved: the payout has been approved.
• Being sent: the payment is on its way.
• Completed: the payout was made and your wallet was debited.
• Not approved: the request was rejected. Nothing is taken from your wallet and the money is available again.
• Cancelled: you or staff cancelled it.

The review is done by people, so we can't promise how long each step takes.
