I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Account & SecurityLast reviewed Oct 8, 2026
On the sign-in page choose Forgot password and type your email address.
- If an account exists we email a reset link. The reply on the page is the same whether or not the address has an account, so nobody can use it to look up who is registered.
- The link works once and expires after 60 minutes.
- When you set the new password, you are signed out on all devices, and we email you that the password was changed.
You can request a reset up to 5 times an hour from one network. Members who signed up with Google can use the same page to add a password.
