I lost my phone or my authenticator. How do I get back in?

If you saved your backup codes, use one in the sign-in code box: it signs you in once, and you can then set up two-factor protection again on your new device.
If you have no backup code, you can't reset two-factor yourself. Contact support from the Contact page, using the email address on the account, and explain what happened. We can't promise how or how quickly the account can be recovered, because we have to protect it from someone pretending to be you.
