What are the stages of a deal?
Escrow & DealsLast reviewed Oct 8, 2026
The stages depend on how the account changes hands. The way is chosen when you pay and is shown on the deal page.
Login handover (Instagram, TikTok and all stock)
- Funded: the buyer has paid. The seller delivers the login details inside the deal.
- Submitted: the details are delivered and the inspection period starts. The buyer logs in and checks everything.
- Verified: the buyer ticks the checklist and confirms.
- Completed: the seller is paid the full sale price.
Stock items start already at "Submitted", because they are delivered the moment you pay.
Manager-add (YouTube, X, Telegram and Facebook)
- Funded, then Awaiting manager add: the seller adds the escrow email as a manager.
- Pending verification: our team checks the access.
- Submitted and Verified: the buyer checks that access works.
- A transfer countdown runs, then the seller confirms the handover and the payment is released.
Other platforms
Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn and websites use the older login route: the seller submits the login, the buyer verifies, and staff or the buyer complete it.
A deal can also be cancelled (before delivery) or disputed.
