Is my money safe?
Escrow & DealsLast reviewed Oct 8, 2026
When you buy, your payment goes to the platform first and is held in escrow. The seller does not get it just because you paid.
- For most deals the seller is paid only after you check the account and confirm.
- For accounts that are transferred by adding the escrow email as a manager, our team checks access first, the transfer countdown runs, and the seller confirms the handover. You are protected the same way: the payment stays held until the handover is done.
- If something is wrong, you can cancel before delivery for a full refund, or open a dispute and our team reviews both sides.
What escrow can't protect is anything done outside the deal. If you pay a seller directly, move the conversation to another app, or send logins in a message, you have left the protection. Keep payment and delivery inside the deal.
