What is the inspection period?
Escrow & DealsLast reviewed Oct 8, 2026
The inspection period is the time you have to check an account after it is delivered, before the seller is paid. It starts at delivery.
- Instagram, TikTok and Gmail: 24 hours.
- PayPal gift cards: 24 hours.
- Stock sellers can choose a different length for their own group, and you see it before you buy.
- Our team can reset a deal's inspection time.
Log in, check that the followers, age, country and other facts match the listing, secure the account (change the password and email, turn on two-step protection), and then confirm.
Don't wait for the timer. When the period ends without a confirmation, you and our team are notified, but what happens next depends on the platform's settings, so confirm or raise the problem while you are still inspecting. If anything is wrong, call an escrow admin or open a dispute.
