What evidence can I upload in a dispute?
Trust & DisputesLast reviewed Oct 8, 2026
You can add a written statement (10 to 3000 characters) and files, up to 5 submissions with up to 5 files each.
- Accepted files: JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF and PDF, up to 10 MB each.
- Video and audio files are not accepted. Use screenshots, or a PDF with the details written out.
- Good evidence: screenshots of the account showing the problem, the chat, the listing as it was published, and dates.
Your files are stored privately. The other side sees only how many files you added, not the files themselves, and our staff read both sides. You have 48 hours from the opening of the dispute to add evidence.
