What does "Call Escrow Admin" do?

Use Call Escrow Admin when you want a person to help with a deal, without starting a formal dispute. Either the buyer or the seller can use it on any deal that isn't completed or cancelled.
- Choose a category and describe the problem (10 to 1500 characters). You can add up to 3 files.
- An admin joins the deal chat.
It is not a dispute: it doesn't move any money, and it holds back automatic release while a request is open. You can have only one request open at a time. If you can't solve it together, open a dispute.
