What do the badges next to a name mean?
Trust & DisputesLast reviewed Oct 8, 2026
There are two different things you may see.
Badges granted by our team are given by hand:
- Blue Verified
- Gold Business
- Grey Official
- Orange Official Support
ID Verified is a separate green label. It means the member passed identity verification. It is not the same as a badge, and it doesn't claim anything about the quality of their accounts.
A badge is not a guarantee: always look at the reviews, the trust tier and the deal history, and keep the payment and the delivery inside the deal.
