Can I download or delete my data?

Download: under Settings, then Privacy, request an export. We email you a JSON file with your profile, your listings, your deals, your transactions, your reviews and the messages you sent. The link works for 7 days and you can ask for up to 3 exports an hour. Identity documents are not in the export.
Delete: you can request deletion from the same place. It can't go ahead while you have an open deal, a wallet balance of $0.01 or more, or a pending withdrawal. Staff then anonymise the account. Some records may be kept, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
