How do reviews work?
Trust & DisputesLast reviewed Oct 8, 2026
After a deal is completed, the buyer and the seller can each review the other. You can leave one review per deal, within 90 days of completion.
Reviews have a star rating. Only people who completed a deal together can review each other, and our team can hide a review that breaks the rules.
Use reviews together with the trust tier and the completed-deal count when you judge a seller.
