What are seller levels?
Trust & DisputesLast reviewed Oct 8, 2026
Seller levels show how established a seller is. The levels are New, Verified, Trusted, Professional and Top seller.
A level is worked out from identity verification, the number and value of completed deals, ratings, how long the account has existed, and the rate of lost disputes. A seller moves up as soon as they qualify, and moves down only after a sustained drop (the system waits 7 days). Our team can also set a level by hand.
A level can come with benefits, such as a lower escrow fee. The benefits are set by the platform and can change.
